Yes, all of your mia Vitals data is secured on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers based in the US. You can also choose when signing up for none of your vitals reading data to be stored by us. Taking into account concerns for your privacy, we intentionally ask for as little personal identifying information as possible (with your email and phone number purely needed for your login).

Yes, if you’d like to cancel your subscription contact us at support@miavitals.com. If you want to cancel, we advise contacting us 2-3 weeks before your subscription end date to ensure your subscription is cancelled ahead of your next payment and you won’t be charged.
